Delivery Policy

1. Delivery method

All products sold on Creative Assets Studio are digital goods delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved.

2. When your order arrives

Immediately after a successful payment:

  • You receive a confirmation email with a secure download link (valid for 24 hours per link; you can request new links from your account any time).
  • The product appears inside your account area under My purchases, where you can re-download it whenever you need to.

3. Typical delivery time

Delivery is instant in the vast majority of cases (under 60 seconds). In rare situations of email-provider delay, it may take up to 15 minutes for the email to reach your inbox.

4. Didn't receive your download?

  1. Check your spam / promotions folder. Add support@creativeassets.studio to your contacts.
  2. Sign in to your account — the product should already be listed under My purchases.
  3. If you still can't access your download, email support@creativeassets.studio with your order reference. We usually reply within a few hours during business days.

5. File formats & tools

Each product page lists the formats included (typically Canva, Figma, Adobe, PDF). Ensure you have access to the tool listed before purchase.
