You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw files or templates as-is.
  • Repackage our assets into a competing template pack or marketplace listing.
  • Claim authorship of the original assets.

3. Intellectual property

All content, code, designs, logos, and trademarks on the Service are the property of Creative Assets Studio or our licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Your license under Section 2 does not transfer ownership.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (e.g. Stripe, Paddle, Paystack). By paying, you authorize the provider to charge your payment method. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
