What formats do I get?

Every product is designed to work in the most popular creative tools. You'll typically get editable Canva templates, Figma source files, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files, plus PDF and high-res PNG/SVG exports where applicable.
How is delivery handled?

Delivery is instant. Right after payment, you'll receive an email with a secure download link, and the product will also appear inside your account area (My purchases).
Can I use these commercially?

Yes. Every asset you buy from Creative Assets Studio can be used for your own commercial projects, client work, and social channels. You cannot resell the raw files as-is or redistribute them as a template pack.
Do you offer refunds?

Yes — we offer a 7-day refund on digital products that have not been downloaded or accessed. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do I get updates?

Yes. Every purchase includes free lifetime updates. Whenever we improve a template or add new variants to a pack, you'll get the new files in your account for free.
Can I request a custom pack?
